BKM Abrasive Flow offers a full range of products and services for Abrasive Flow Machining. Our products for both Fixtures and Machines are manufactured to stringent standards which meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our design team has designed finishing solutions for the Aerospace, Aircraft, Medical and Hydraulic industries as well as many other industries. In addition BKM Abrasive Flow offers Development Services were we prove out the feasibility of processing your component using the Abrasive Flow Machining process. In our development lab we’ll run test trails with several compounds until the desired deburring, polishing or material removal requirement is achieved.

To support your future needs we manufacture Abrasive Compounds to fit your deburring, polishing or material removal requirements. Our Abrasive Compounds are manufactured based on the type of process and the base material of your component. We can make Abrasive Compound patches as small as 10 pounds and as large as 1000’s of pounds.
