With our ability to produce abrasive compounds and our subcontract area, BKM Abrasive Flow is able to develop an abrasive flow process for your component.  Our engineers and process technicians will evaluate your component to determine its viability for abrasive flow machining. If it is determined that your component is a candidate for abrasive flow machining then our process technicians will develop a process plan.

During the development of a process plan we’ll try several types on abrasive compounds, process your component at different pressures with a various number of cycles. All to achieve your finish or edge break requirements.
